It is now time to collect the Village Hall 200 Club subs for the 2020/21 year, the first draw being in July. We would usually do this by personal visits to ticket holders’ houses through a team of collectors. However, due to Covid-19, we are looking to do it differently this time in order to minimise contact. We will use email where we hold an email address, then telephone where we do not have an email contact, with home visits as a last resort. We will also look to take payment by BACS where possible, though cheque and cash will still be acceptable.
The 200 Club has been running for 22 years with monthly draws giving prizes of £50, £25, £10 x 2 and £5. So not only does the village hall benefit but villagers do as well with 60 prizes awarded each year. And all for just £12 a ticket for the whole year.
